TBS Digicon6 is a Contest for Creators in the Digital Age.

Started in 2000, TBS DigiCon6 has grown to become not only the most recognized award in Japan, but as of 2006 has opened its entries to partner countries and territories troughout Asia. TBS Digicon6 was born out of a big dream! In the face of rapid technological progress and a diversifying media industry, TBS Digicon6 was started for the purpose of exploring, encouraging and indentifying new creators who will become leaders in the next-generation creative industry. TBS DigiCon6 also hopes to encourage stimulating interchanges among creator. TBS DigiCOn6 offers opportunities for creators to meet each other by exhibiting their their original works on the TBS DigiCon6 website.

Prizes

• First Prize (1 work) : RM 3,000.00 + invitation to the main Ceremony of DigiCon 6 Award held in Tokyo JAPAN on November 22, 2009.
• Second Prize (1 work) : RM 2,000.00 + certificate.
• Third Prize (1 work) : RM 1,000.00 + certificate.
• Honourable Mention (1 work) : RM 500.00 + certificate.
• Prize for Effort (10 works) : certificate (no monetary prize).

Categories

Any style of expression or theme for the Work is accepted. The Work entered must be a Digital Content (as defined below). While the original works can be on any reasonable duration, only 15 minutes or less will be accepted for judging purposes. For the purpose of this Contest, "Digital Content" shall represent those works meeting one of the following conditions:

1. Computer graphic animation (2D/3D)
2. Live-action films shot/edited by digital movie equipment
3. All 3D-rendered films (Includes stop-motion and clay animation)

Submission Guidelines and Application Form:

* All entries must be submitted by August 20, 2009
