| In this proposed R&D activity, Britesoft will be adding four highly significant development efforts that are radically different from the upgrades of the last two years. Although there will be a number of other enhancements, the following are the main components: |

Applications on Mobile Devices - Applications developed using BW are currently deployable on the desktop (Client Server) as well as a browser (Web Based). With this particular development effort, users will be able to deploy their applications on PDAs and other mobile devices without having to write code or do anything further with the application. |

| 2. |
Domain Business Objects - The objective is to create components which are business domain specific, such that anyone can use, modify and deploy them easily. The problem with prior efforts has been that all renditions to date have been code centric. |

| 3. |
Migration and Auto-Deployment - Currently, there is no automatic mechanism to migrate, upgrade or deploy applications in BW. When an application is built or changed, it is moved lock, stock and barrel from one environment to the next. |
|

| 4. |
Template Development - BW Template Management will allow users to create their own templates based on user interfaces, controls, functions, events, actions, exception handling, themes and even specific business rules. |
