| This project is to create an Ultimate Shopper Network (USHOP), an online shopping aggregator and portal. USHOP would augment the user`s shopping experience by incorporating comprehensive and intuitive search facilities: |

Find the products you want with Intelligent Name Search - To be able to handle ambiguous user search inputs such as typos, sound-alike, initials, Asian language sound-alike, and rank them intuitively, according to how a human would rank a search result. |

Shop with confidence and ease with Image Search - To allow the user to upload images and USHOP will search and retrieve matching products. For instance, imagine the ability to take a picture of an irresistible dress you saw in a magazine with your camera phone, perform an image upload, and USHOP will return you the list of similar matches, together with a list online shops where you can purchase the dress, complete with price comparison and merchant rating. |

Find your favourite texture and patterns - Similar to searching by image, shoppers can upload images of their favourite blouse with specific textures (e.g. denim, chiffon) and patterns (e.g. floral, striped, etc), and USHOP would be able to find the closest match for your search criteria, complete with price comparison, merchant rating, and etc. |

Pick the precise product color with Color Search - Effortlessly pick the precise product color(s) you want off USHOP`s 3D color space and combine it with Intelligent Name Search, Image Search, and texture and pattern search to find the product of your favourite color(s), texture and pattern. |

Get accessories and product recommendations - Use USHOP`s "user intent" engine to search, recommend and purchase matching accessories, e.g. the right top for the right pants, the right socks, the right bags and shoes. |
