eKL is a new Government initiative under the Ninth Malaysian Plan set up to improve the service delivery system of Government agencies within the Klang Valley. This initiative is to provide an integrated service delivery system in order to deliver more uniform and standardised services to the public. The Government agency responsible for spearheading this initiative is MAMPU.

Whilst, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) was entrusted by Chief Secretary to the Government, YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Sidek b. Hj Hassan to undertake the Change Management portion of eKL initiative.

eKL communication collaterals is one of the communication channels made available by the eKL Change Management team led by MDeC. It has been especially developed to ensure effective communication between eKL and the users from various agencies which are involved directly or indirectly with eKL.

Effective communication could help to facilitate the changes anticipated as we strive towards full implementation of eKL by 2010. eKL communication collaterals present the latest developments on eKL as well as enabling all the staff of Government agencies to provide their valuable opinions and feedback.
