MSC Malaysia is organising the 4th IPCC Digital Comic Competition. All companies or team of individuals/graduates are invited to pitch their idea by submitting their pre-production of the storyline, characters and conceptual Digital Interactive Comic.

Objective
To use this as a content creation platform and to create more quality content that can be showcased or marked globally.

To encourage and nurture new talents in turning their Ideas into reality.

Send us your entries before 2 July 2009.

The top 10 winners will be awarded with RM 20,000.00 grants each to fully support the development of your 50 pages proposed comic illustration and conversion to a Digital Interactive Comic within 6 months.

That's not all, the winners will have the opportunity to publish their artworks into a graphic novel with Art Square Group and will also have the opportunity to publish their digital comic online at Bluehyppo Portal.
