The Bill of Guarantees (BOG) for Multimedia Super Corridor makes it easier to set up
your company in Malaysia by :

Allowing unrestricted employment of local and foreign knowledge workers

Ensuring freedom of ownership by exempting companies with MSC Status from local ownership requirements

Affording the freedom to source capital globally for MSC infrastructure, and the right to borrow funds globally

Providing competitive financial incentives, including Pioneer Status (100% tax exemption) for up to 10 years of the Investment Tax Allowance for 5 years and no duties on the importation of multimedia equipment
