What is MSC Malaysia IP Connect?
MSC Malaysia IP Connect is a platform for Research Institutions (RI) and Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) and MSC Malaysia Status Companies to:
- Foster IP licensing or sale opportunities.
- Create new productisation and/or commercialisation opportunities.
- Increase technology transfer between IHLs/RIs and MSC Malaysia Status Companies, and also between MSC Malaysia Status companies.

The cost items that are subsidised under this programme include:
- Mobilisation
- Training
- Licensing/Purchase
- Related overheads
Quantum of subsidy will be determined by the merits of each proposal.

- Increase revenue from technology/IP licensing.

- 51% Malaysian owned MSC Malaysia Status Companies.
- Malaysian Research Institutions and Institutions of Higher Learning
