These technical and soft skill courses are inline with today's ICT industry needs and will increase the marketability of Malaysian Undergraduates. MSC Malaysia status companies will also get an opportunity to interview the undergraduates during the course duration. |

Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP)

| The Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is designed for MSC Malaysia status companies who wish to lower training cost when employing fresh graduates. This programme seeks to match MSC Malaysia status companies seeking ICT graduates and match them with capable fresh graduates. |

- To assist MSC Malaysia status companies reduce cost of initial training.
- To assist fresh graduates to gain employment opportunities in MSC Malaysia.
- Key Benefits:
GTP creates opportunities of industry experiences to fresh graduates, working under guidance and supervision. GTP provides incentives to MSC Malaysia status companies to hire and train fresh graduates using their in-house training program/facilities.

| Job camp is designed specifically for any Knowledge worker who wants to improve or expand their current ICT skills and knowledge. This program seeks to help knowledge workers with the support and access to courses and trainings to stay aligned with the current needs of the ICT industry. |

Certificate for Business English and Communications Skills Programme (CiBEC)
| |
MSC Malaysia K-Workers Development Initiatives (KDI) of Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MDeC), in collaboration with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) will be hosting The Certificate in Business English and Communication Skills (CiBEC) programme meant for graduates in various disciplines. The programme was specially designed to equip the unemployed graduates with important skills and knowledge in three (3) key areas ie.
- English Language Skills
- Business and Social Skills
- Communication skills

This is a fully residential programme that is conducted intensively over a period of one (1) month. |

Six (6) cohorts have been conducted where 1,053 unemployed graduates have benefited from the CiBEC programme. To date about 75% of the graduates have gained employment after this programme.
This programme is FREE and in addition, students will be given an allowance of RM250 and complimentary accommodation. |

Industry-Academia Collaborations (IAC)
| |
To meet the demands of at least 100,000 jobs by 2010 in MSC Malaysia, more sustainable long-term measures are needed to scale the development of industry relevant K-Workers. One such measure is to structure and formalise the Industry Academia Collaboration between Companies and the Universities with a view to produce the industry relevant K-Workers for those companies.
The main objective is to develop the Universities as anchor suppliers to cater to the demands of the companies that have large employment of fresh graduates. The IAC will provide the following:
- Industry-relevant graduates are produced in mass quantities because the curriculum would be enhanced by industry modules.
- Structured practical attachment for undergraduates through mentored real-life projects by the industry.
- Enhancement of skills of faculty members in the delivery of industry-relevant curriculum.

- Collaboration to embed industry-relevant modules into the University curriculum.
- Collaboration on providing final year students with industry projects.
